Visual Skills

v      My child can recognize these colors:

v      Red, blue, yellow, green, white, pink, orange,

black, brown, purple, violet

v      My child can recognize these shapes:

Square, circle, rectangle, diamond,

v      triangle, oval, star, heart.

v      My child can recognize numerals 1 thru 10

v      My child can recognize some large and small alphabet letters.

v      My child is interested in looking at books

 

Verbal Skills

v      My child can count verbally in sequence

v      My child can say his/her address, phone number, parents’ names

v      My child has a receptive vocabulary:  can tells what words mean

v      My child has understandable speech

v      My child understands quantitative concepts:  how much, how many.

 

Personal Development

v      My child can take care of personal needs

v      My child has a working imagination

v      My child has a sense of left to right progression

v      My child can move around the house or school building alone

v      My child can take off and put on outer clothing:  can zip and button

v      My child has a good self-image

v      My child enjoys role-playing

 

Peer Relationships

v      When asked, will enter a new situation

v      Can sit in a group

v      Can speak in front of the group

Small Muscle Coordination
